* A one day $10.00 USAT license fee must be added by each participant without an annual license.
Registration will end April 14, 2010. Each participant will be allowed to cancel, and receive a 50% refund of their registration fee if cancellation is received by or before race registration reaches the 300 participant limit, whichever occurs first. No refunds will be allowed after this time for any reason. No transfers are allowed. To change your swim time, email tom@triroanokevalley.com no later than .

| Relay Teams |
(Teams must be made up of three participating members - one each for the swim, the bike, and the run.) When registering each team member must list their individual event: swim, bike or run.
Awards will be offered to the top 3 participants in each division and overall top 3 for both men and women. The awards ceremony will start at 12 pm. Only one division award will be given to each participant.
